6-3/4″ (17.0 cm) Adson Periosteal Elevator is a specialized piece of equipment that is used in neurosurgical procedures to aid in separation of the periosteum from the bone. The membranous periosteal layer is found adhered to the bone and this instrument can be slide in between and slowly used to create a space and elevate this layer. Additionally this elevator is available in four unique styles that include blunt, flat or chisel styled blades as well as with our without curvature.
