Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply to all orders. For general instruments, the MOQ is one (1) piece. For special or customized items, the MOQ is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty / Guarantee

All instruments supplied by Davicon Enterprises are covered by a one (1) year guarantee against rust, corrosion, pitting, or any other manufacturing-related defects.

Shipping Time

For products available in stock, the shipping time is approximately 4–6 working days.
For items not in stock, the shipping period is typically 20–30 days, depending on the order quantity and the nature of the instruments.

Shipping times may be significantly reduced for regular customers, as we maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is generally up to 10 days, depending on the destination region. We ship through world-class, reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. The average delivery time is approximately 6 working days.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International buyers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by their country upon receipt of the shipment.
Davicon Enterprises is not responsible for any customs-related fees or delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country.

Handling Fee

A handling fee of USD 8.00 may be charged for orders with a total value of less than USD 200.
