Rowe’s Maxillary Dimpaction Forceps are useful in facial reconstrutive procedures. The forceps are availabe in both right and left patterns. The two-pronged instrument is designed such that a single blade passes into the nasal cavity and the other fits against the palate so that the maxilla may be grasped and manually disimpacted. Used to reduce impacted or delayed “Le Fort” fractures.
