Delivery Timescale
All orders received through the Davicon Enterprises website are processed promptly. If items are in stock, orders are dispatched within 4 working days of order confirmation.
Please note that ordered products may require a production process. Production time may vary depending on the type and quantity of products and can take approximately 1–4 weeks.
Lost Packages
Although rare, packages may occasionally be lost during transit. Please allow up to 10 days from the date of dispatch for delivery.
If the package does not arrive within this period, we recommend contacting your local courier office to check whether the shipment is being held. If the package cannot be located, please contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to assist you with sending a replacement.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 3 weeks of dispatch, an insurance claim cannot be filed, and Davicon Enterprises will not be able to process a loss claim.
Track an Order
To track your order, retrieve the tracking number from your account and visit the relevant courier’s website. Enter the tracking number to view the current status of your shipment.
